I've had the great privilege to work on a project with the Bank division of USAA to feature one of their bank account security and fraud detection services. This service was designed to help existing USAA Bank customers to monitor and identify potential id theft activity, and take the necessary action to circumvent these threats before it became too late.

I collaborted with a small group to explore the possibilites and viability of the service. In this project, I created a customer experience map, a customer persona overview, as well as designed the product landing page.
